CERO is Coronado, California's volunteer emergency communications resource.
CERO is a American Radio Relay League (ARRL) affiliated amateur (ham) radio club and 501.c.3 non-profit charity with a public service mission to support our city and community with effective emergency communications during local, regional or widespread disasters, including support to the Coronado CERT team and Sharp Coronado hospital.
Our club is also about learning about amateur radio, electronics and disaster communications. We also support community events, enjoy meeting new friends and having fun!
Weekly CERO nets are held on Thursdays at 1930 (730pm) on the W6SH/R repeater in Coronado, CA, 147.180 MHz, + shift, 110.9 tone.
CERO is a registered 501.c.3 charitable organization.
